Hi everyone,
Thank you so much for your passionate support of the Hot Cross Bun-gy collection in collaboration with Aldi – we hear you, and we truly appreciate the love for both the cause and the product.
We’re excited to share that the collection is now available online as of April 9th, so people across the country can get their hands on a pair and support Camp Quality from wherever they are. The link is here: https://budgysmuggler.com.au/collections/aldi-hot-cross-buns
The overwhelming response showed us just how much nation-wide love there is for this idea and we’ve taken your feedback on board to make the range available online to give everyone a chance to join in and support. All profits from the collection, both in-store and online, continue to go to Camp Quality.
If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch at budgy@budgysmuggler.com.au.
Cheers,
The Budgy Crew

Imagine the funds that could have been raised for Camp Quality if the rest of Australia could have purchased. Why advertise nationally if they’re limited to 3 Sydney stores. Very disappointing Aldi & Budgy, very disappointing!

What an odd collaboration and almost unattainable as mentioned by others. I came away with a set after a family member sent me the aldi social media promo snippit and insisted on a set. Initially I tried Aldi Kotara, but they knew nothing about them and directed me to Kotara budgy smuggler store.
I came away with the requested item but was completely unaware of the “giant hot cross buns promotion” or the contribution to charity, none of which is mentioned in the product paperwork.

Why is there so little information regarding purchasing these to raise money for camp quality? I have emailed with no response, contacted the store directly and been told to wait until they come online. Can you get them from Aldi? Do you have to live Sydney to contribute? Why the mystery? Very frustrating
